M4 100 and M4 108 cast monoblock calipers
The Brembo Monoblock range brings monoblock technology - a solution used successfully in MotoGP in which the caliper body is machined from a single billet of cast aluminium to ensure outstanding stiffness - within reach of the general public.
The caliper, which is interchangeable with the fork mounts on all Japanese and European hypersports models, implements Brembo's most advanced casting technologies to create an incredibly light monoblock caliper body that offers unrivalled stiffness and precision. The hydraulic system has been painstakingly optimised, and the use of differentiated 34 mm diameter pistons has further increased the already renowned power and controllability of Brembo calipers. The caliper is finished with a titanium coloured anodic oxide coating.

¤å¦r¤è¶ô: The technological innovations developed and implemented in the world's most prestigious motorcycle racing championships are continuously transferred into the products of the High Performance range.

Radial RCS
Brembo RCS radial brake master cylinders allow the rider to choose between power or precision in relation to road conditions, the weather, personal preference for feel and familiarity with the bike. This patented master cylinder, derived directly from the unit used in MotoGP, features an innovative adjustment system that allows the same master cylinder to cater for the many different requirements of even the most exacting customer.
Created specifically to bring MotoGP and Superbike technology to countless enthusiasts, the Brembo RCS radial master cylinder sets new standards for high performance brake components in terms of technology and style.
The RCS system consists of an adjuster that sets the brake lever pivot distance to either 18 or 20 mm, for the perfect feedback between rider and machine: setting the pivot distance to 20 mm makes the braking system more reactive and immediate, while a pivot distance of 18 mm makes it more precisely controllable.
Changing between the two settings is extremely quick: simply adjust the master cylinder pivot distance by turning the adjuster on the front of the guide lever with cam mechanism by 180¢X using a screwdriver (red indicates 18 mm, black indicates 20 mm). This changes braking power distribution without modifying the pure power of the system itself.
The piston, gaskets and push rod of RCS master cylinders are exactly the same components as those in the master cylinders used by practically all MotoGP and SBK riders, and are manufactured to extremely fine tolerances and ensure very low friction. The lever consists of two main components: the racing lever guide and the folding, forged lever itself.
The RCS radial master cylinder is available in two different versions: 19 and 15. The numbers indicate the diameter of the piston and define the respective applications for the two versions: the 19RCS must be used in a dual disc system with 4-piston non-floating calipers, whereas the 15 RCS may be installed in single or dual disc systems with 4-piston floating calipers.

T-Drive
Developed from Brembo's experience in MotoGP and SBK, the ¡§T-Drive¡¨ disc introduces a new assembly system between the rotor and hat consisting of eight ¡§T¡¨ shaped pins on the disc and eight recesses on the hat, which eliminates the need for fastener studs. As a result of specific studies into process and machining tolerances, this unique configuration transfers braking torque more effectively. T-Drive ensures greater resistance to thermo-mechanical stress, especially in the particularly extreme conditions of racing.
The ¡§T-Drive¡¨ permits both radial and axial float and reduces the overall weight of the disc, offering a significant advantage in terms of handling. The rotor has been optimised by both reducing width (making the disc lighter) and redistributing the cross-drilled holes (with varying diameters). The hat also contributes substantially to the end result: made from CNC machined light alloy, the hat has been specifically engineered for lightness and stiffness.
T-Drive discs are available for the most popular hypersports models with a rotor measuring 32 mm in width and 5.5 mm in thickness. These discs are fully interchangeable with the original components without any modifications.

   DISCS

Record-breaking performance, durability and safety.

The Brembo high performance brake pad range was developed exclusively for racing and designed to offer unparalleled performance in the most demanding race conditions: with greater braking control, greater system stability, increased braking power, outstanding resistance to high temperatures and reduced wear.
These pads use the unique Brembo Racing Z04 compound, which is used in the World Superbike and Supersport Championships and is now available for street bike applications. The most significant characteristics of this material are its high friction and consistent performance, especially at high disc temperatures. These characteristics ensure superlative, consistent braking for the entire duration of the race and make the braking system much less prone to fade. For these applications, low temperature efficiency is less important, and as a result, these pads are not suitable for road use.
